This silent retreat will draw upon the rich teachings found in the Satipatthana Discourse, which offers a detailed map of the ways to establish a quality of mindfulness that liberates the heart from confusion and struggle.

 

There will be daily meditation instructions, teachings and group meetings with the retreat teachers.
